To have academic integrity it takes motivation to not only go the right things but your best. In order to show academic integrity you have to be willing to not take the shortcuts by cheating. It is important to show integrity outside of school because it will only help better yourself and your working habits. Throughout this year of online school I have avoided copying friends homework or even tests regardless of my grades. For example, I have many friends in my math class and I'm going to barley pass the class but that's better than cheating myself and getting an A. What helps me maintain my integrity this year is in the future I'm am going to have to use the skills I learn in school and when I'm presented with a problem I can't cheat on I will struggle.
