My teachers have had two main ways of getting us to work together and that was putting us in breakout rooms or by designing labs that require teamwork. Most of the time when teachers put students into breakout rooms it did not result in teamwork but for my Physics labs we always had to work together to complete the lab. This was typically because there were many tasks at hand and for one person to complete it properly would be difficult.
